I want to offer feedback on my visit yesterday. The procedure was far more painful than I was prepared for, and afterward I felt rushed out before I had a chance to gather myself or fully understand what to expect. Even though I was in obvious pain and distress, the interaction felt hurried. I did receive a quick apology, but it came across more as an attempt to move past the moment than a genuine acknowledgment of my experience. This, combined with less-than-positive experiences at previous appointments, was disappointing. Dental treatment is an emotionally vulnerable process, and compassion and patience go a long way in helping patients feel safe and respected. I’m sharing this in hopes of improving communication and the overall patient experience going forward.

I cannot recommend Dr. Peretti and his staff highly enough. They put me at ease and got me through the unpleasant ordeal of a tooth extraction with minimal post-operative pain and minimal anxiety.

Right when you walk in the door, they are fabulous all the way from the front to the back with the nurse the doctors receptionist and just their bedside manner and the way they treat you knowing how scared you are to even be in a dental chair! By the time you leave there, even though you’re still nervous, you have a sense of relief, knowing that you were in the best of the best of Hands and I thank them very much

Just got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday and honestly, I was dreading it, but this dental office is the real deal. I was super nervous walking in, but the whole procedure was fast and easy. I barely even remember it. Everything after has been way smoother than I thought it would be. They did a fantastic job, no pain yet just some swelling. But the main reason I’m leaving this review is Hannah. She was working with me right before and after the surgery, and she’s just awesome. She made me feel totally calm and kept checking on me to make sure I wasn't freaking out. She’s super friendly and explained everything in a way that just made sense. If you gotta get teeth pulled, this is the place to go. You’re in great hands!

My experience was great. I felt comfortable and safe from the consult to the time I left after having 3 wisdom teeth pulled. I had the first tooth pulled at another dentist office and the experience was not good. It was like night and day at Montana oral surgery! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing dental surgery!

Montana Oral Surgery exists only to serve the elite, the affluent and the top hierarchal rung of the socioeconomic ladder. They accept only out of pocket payment as well as very exclusive insurances. Inasmuch, they adamantly refused to accept my insurance. Their billing personnel left a rude, degrading voicemail to this effect. Their choice is unethical, immoral and unprofessional. A rational person would wonder what is to be done by those persons whom Montana Oral Surgery rejects. Are such persons merely to die from diseased teeth leaking fatal bacteria into their bloodstream? A complaint has been issued to Better Business Bureau and to the Montana Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations, to which MOS has not responded to either.
