All the workers were super nice and try to make me as comfortable as possible and told me if I had any questions not to be afraid to ask. I was really scared and nervous for it because I had never had anesthesia before or surgery. So I didnt know what to expect. Best experience I have ever had! The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Dr Peretti is a truly gifted surgeon and also lets you know what he is doing so there are no surprises. I had two posts put in and he was finished before I knew it! He is very kind, caring and gentle. I was expecting some pain but did not have any! His assistant Jessica, did a fabulous job and was reassuring and I also appreciated her sense of humor. Hannah also assisted and was very friendly and efficient. I will reiterate again that this was by far the best experience I have ever had and will recommend Dr Peretti and his team to anyone who is looking for an expert oral surgeon! I had 2 teeth removed. One was a wisdom tooth. Dr. Was very gentle and quick. I was surprised how little pain I felt. All the staff are very nice and go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. All the while you're facing a big window with lots of tress and birds and squirrels to watch.

Dr. Fleischmann and his team are fantastic! You won’t find anyone with as much experience as him in the Helena Valley area. Everyone in the office is very professional and clear in what to expect. Office is clean and everyone so pleasant.

Previous visits have been amazing. This last one was anything but. Everything up until the visit was great. I have to be given sedation for multiple issues. This time I guess sedation was risky it's understandable they stopped sedation what is not ok or understandable is they should have stopped the procedure but instead of stopping he kept going ignoring my request to stop. I was not numb and complete awareness. Traumatic. This was a day before a holiday so scared and unsure what to do if issues came up seeing it was a holiday, whoever we talked to on the phone assuming I was pill seeking said they wouldn't provide anything stronger. Never did we ask about pain management. We were simply asking where to go or who to call if bleeding or anything worsen. I'm on blood thinners so bleeding was an issue. I've never had problems with Dr. Sims always a wonderful experience. He did not do the procedure this time and the one that did I believe him and his staff could have done better!
