Dr. Paul G. Sims, DDS, has been practicing oral and maxillofacial surgery in Butte, Montana since May 1980. He completed his BS and DDS from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Dr. Fleischmann, Harvard graduate, and founder of Montana Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center, is a highly educated and skilled Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon specializing in complex procedures.
Dr Nicholas Peretti
Dr. Nick Peretti was born and raised in Butte, Montana. He attended Montana State University in Bozeman, graduating magna cum laude with an impressive degree in biotechnology. Dr. Peretti then moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to attend dental school at Marquette University.
