Their billing department grossly overestimated my out of pocket expense for a simple procedure. Of course I had to pay the entire bill upfront before the procedure, and then my insurance paid them AGAIN 20 days later. I still have not received a refund of over $500 after 51 days since I paid MT Oral Surgeons upfront. BEWARE, THIS OFFICE WILL OVER CHARGE YOUR OUT OF POCKET AND THEN SIT ON YOUR REFUND AS LONG AS THEY CHOOSE. Truly an injustice to any consumer.

Doubt anyone has fond memories of a molar extraction but contrary to my fears before the procedure, it was a piece of cake. Probably the best dental experience I have had in my 66 years. Granted, that is a low bar but Dr Perretti and staff went above and beyond to make it painless and efficient. Two days out I have little to no pain and looking forward to implant in a few months. Well done.
