Took me 15yrs to get my teeth done due to severe anxiety and dentists. Dr. Sims made me feel at easy and was amazing. As I write this review I'm literally 5hrs out of full extractions and I feel great. Slight soreness in front on top and bottom but not enough for pain meds. He also repaired my broken jaw in the early 90's and never had an issue with it to this day. A+++

My experience was a good one. I had to have 2 teeth pulled yesterday, one on each side of my mouth. I was pleasantly surprised this morning when I woke up to no pain, swelling or bleeding. Almost as if I never even had the procedure done. The staff was awesome, and the dr was great.

I could not have imagined a better experience with Montana Oral Surgery and Implant Center. I recently had several teeth removed under IV sedation, and the entire process was flawless. The IV entry was painless, and I did not experience any bruising at the injection site or facial bruising afterwards. The level of care and skill here is exceptional. I highly recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery!

Dr Fleischman and his staff was very professional, plus he has a good sense of humor. He extracted my tooth and I hardly realized it. He is forsure a perfectionist at his profession. Highly recommend him.

Awesome staff! They did a great job extracting all 4 wisdom teeth from my 13 year old. Explained everything before the surgery and checked to see if we had any questions after the surgery.
