Dr and staff were excellent. They all did an amazing job of explaining the entire process and making me comfortable. The only issue I had was with scheduling. I called and left 2 messages requesting an appointment. It took a week to get a call back and over a month to get in to see the Dr. I don't know if the week delay in scheduling resulted in the length of time I had to wait or not but the scheduling process needs to be improved.

I would rate it better. The staff was very nice and professional. The only problem I had was the receptionist was unprofessional and rude. Her phone had a sign that said stop or I'll punch you. Which is fine since it was her own phone but, not appropriate for patients to see coming in. This is a place of business. When making the appointment. They person I spoke to did not explain all the information I needed to know. So when explaining this too the receptionist she basically called me a lier.

It was a very pleasant experience my son was having a hard time, and the nurse made him feel comfortable and try to take his mind off the surgery. Dr Fleischmann was warm and welcoming and followed promptly after we got home

Wow, talk about a painless oral surgery experience! My rattled nerves were completely in vain. The entire staff (including Dr. Fleischmann) was very nice, accommodating, communicative, and calming to my high anxiety! Judging by the (post surgery) LACK of pain, swelling & bleeding, I'd say Dr. Fleischmann did an awesome job! Thank you so much MOS team, y'all are next level!

I was terrified to go to the dentist.... iv never had a good dentist experience, but this was CAKE! I got there and immediately was hooked up to oxygen, they put the IV in and next thing I knew they were waking me up! I didn't feel any part of the 3 teeth I had extracted! Hope all my future dental experiences are this easy! Thank u oral people!

Everyone that works at this office is great from reception, the nurses and especially Dr. Fleischmann (sp?) are all so welcoming and pleasant, you almost forget why you’re there! This was my second time here and the quality of the experience was as good as a patient might hope!

The staff is warm welcoming and very patient. The office feels like home. The Doctor relates to my Daughter and Myself on other levels instead of only Patient. All of my questions were answered by each staff member wether it was the billing department to the Doctor regarding a procedure. I would refer this office to everyone. Not only was my child anxious but so was I…I am truly thankful for Dr. Jason Fleischmann and your amazing staff!!

Absolutely fantastic! One of the most positive experiences having dental services performed. Extremely professional and courteous. Having numerous dental procedures with multiple doctors I was nervous having my surgery. During procedure doctor explained everything and I felt completely at ease. A must go to doctor!
