I was referred here from my dentist to get the lay of the land for what is going on with a few of my teeth. The assistant could not answer some of my introductory questions, but maybe she was new. The surgeon himself sort of laughed off my inquires about implants, as if I should have already known they weren't going to work for what I had going on (I didn't; that's why I was there, for information), claimed that my mouth was "full" of cavities, when I had just been to the dentist the previous week and had absolutely NO cavities. When I told him this, he said, "Well. I'm not a dentist." He didn't actually look in my mouth himself, just at the X-rays. When I was back at the dentist for a follow-up not long later, I mentioned the cavities comment. Yeah, still had no cavities. I'm sure they are capable on the actual dental surgery front, and the desk people were all very personable, but once you're back in the exam room... Well. There's something to be said for bedside manner.

I would definitely recommend this practice. I was in pain with a broken tooth. Dr. Fleischmann and his staff are exceptional. They squeezed me into an already full schedule with a smile and they did not make me feel like an imposition on their time. Every single person in this office is professional , but at the same time, fun and informative. I love doctors that like to teach as they go and include the patient in the process, instead of telling us what we are going to do. I would have them do all my dental work if I could.
