They were able to get me in pretty quickly for a wisdom tooth extraction. A little higher on the price end, but the friendliness of staff and efficiency of work made it worth it.

Dr Peretti and his staff went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible while getting my tooth pulled. I was already very nauseous and sick for a few days. So having to get a tooth pulled under those conditions wasn’t easy. They totally melted all my anxiety away and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Peretti walked and talked me through the entire procedure! I left feeling very taken care of. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you again!

First off, I would like to say I have very high marks for Dr Wilson , all of the 5 stars, and think she did an excellent job with my teeth. However, I have had some problems with the office rules, which I assume come out of the Helena office. I received a call saying I had to come in for a consultation and x-rays before I could be seen. I told them I did that at my last appointment a couple months ago, and the girl said that was too long ago. I contacted my original dentist, who called Dr Wilson, and she said I did not have to do that. Also, I was originally told I had to have an INR 24 hours in advance of my appointment, as I did for my first appointment. The day I was leaving to drive the 13 miles into town to the hospital for my INR, the office called and said I need the INR the same day as my surgery. Since my surgery was scheduled for 8am, I told them I could not get an INR at the hospital in Lewistown, where I live until 8am, so they rescheduled. They had called me earlier and said my cost for the surgery was to be between $2000 and $3000, which, since I have no dental insurance, I was prepared to pay on the day of surgery. While I was in the hospital waiting room at 8am to get my INR on the day of surgery, I get a call from your office saying my surgery would not be that, but instead, would be $4500, as the first figures were only for the extractions. When asked, the girl could not tell me what the additional $1500 was for, only that the original figure I was given was for the extractions. When I went to pay with a credit card, I was informed there would be and additional 5% fee for using the card. I think your fees are certainly high enough to cover the cost of using a credit card and I do not believe most senior citizens like myself have $4700+ just laying around. I ran my own business for many years, and we never charged for someone using a credit card, because we got our money immediately, did not have to extend credit to the person, and did not have to worry if the check would clear. I also do not believe a credit card company charges a 5% fee to you, rather between 2 and 3 sounds more reasonable. Once again, I was extremely pleased with Dr Wilson and would recommend her highly to anyone, but I cannot say the same about your office. Sincerely, Steven Reesor
