I recently had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Paul Sims, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The entire process was super quick and easy—the tooth was out within 5 minutes! Even getting the local anesthetic didn’t hurt at all. Dr. Sims was very professional, and his staff was caring and helpful throughout the procedure. Highly recommend!

My son’s appt was at 1245, we arrived and checked in at 1240. We waited for 35 minutes before we were told it would be another 20 minutes because they were “running late”. I called only to be told that Dr. Fleischmann refused to see my child. Wow! So you leave an honest review and the dentists refuses to see you.

I have had a life long phobia with dentists. Lifelong drug addict, homeless. Went here to try and get the rest of my teeth pulled for dentures. The surgeon was awesome...then she had a family emergency. So the head of this place was gonna pull my teeth. Immediately called and tried to charge me 400 dollars. I'm homeless and on Medicaid. I have schizophrenia. The other surgeon was going to make it work with the codes to help me, what kind of health care professionals act this way? Avaricious! Beware! They don't care about you, only your wallet. The only person worth seeing resigned, that first lady surgeon. She wanted to save my life...Dr. Wilson left. As other reviews note - front desk very unpleasant too. When Dr. Wilson said she was going to make my root tips happen she actually made a face and said "root tips aren't covered...." How humiliating. I'll just die of infection rather than this indignity. I been a basket case all night.

I don’t normally review places, but the Montana Oral Surgery in Bozeman is as good as it gets. Very friendly, very fast. Dr Perretti is very personable and extremely skilled. If you’re going to have to do something unpleasant like get wisdom teeth removed, this is the place to go

Amazing, absolutely amazing dr. Fleischmann, and Wade were quick, patient, caring, and completely understanding when I got nervous and tried to chicken out, but in the end they extra ted the tooth in a matter of seconds. My second visit and still impressed God bless good doctors, dentists, surgeons, and assistants. Almost forgot the ladies behind the front counter y'all were amazing as well.

I wouldn’t say I have dental anxiety but I was very anxious at the fact of going under and having my wisdom teeth extracted. Now that I’m a couple hours post op I don’t think that it could have gone any smoother than it did, the assistants wade and Kaitlyn were so amazing at talking and keeping me distracted and Dr Fleischman was very calm and kind and did an amazing job.

Accompanied my father for his oral surgery. Doc and nurse very nice. Helpful and professional. However, someone needs to tell that young man, tech assistant, to NEVER address a grown woman as "sweetie." It is disrespectful and condescending and nobody thinks it is cute.
