Painless! Dr. Peretti extracted my tooth and did bone grafting and I chose to not be prescribed pain killers after the surgery. I truly experienced zero pain during and after the procedure only taking Ibuprofen post-op. The surgery went very quickly (felt like 2 minutes!) and I couldn't be happier with the results. Great staff as well. Katie and Wade are amazing!

The office itself has a very rugged and sketchy feel for a surgery center, if you judge a book by its cover.. Dr.Peretti was amazing at explaining the risks and did a great job for my actual tooth extraction. Our only issue was after the surgery when I was all drugged up they didn’t help my friend bring me to the car, give her instructions, or anything else. It felt like they kicked us out and she was on her own to try to take care of me.

I called to set up appt in April lady in the phone said she will to look at stuff to see when I could come in. A few dat later I called again and same thing now in November they call and said I could come and get it done 6 months later I get a call. What a bunch of bs. I will never use this company for any service. When I called I told them time was important due to dental insurance and now they want to have me run it a a credit system. Don’t use this company can’t treat people right or do what they say they will do very poor for a medical office.

I was impressed with how quick I was able to get an appointment. The staff were very helpful on the phone in verifying my insurance and explaining to me what to expect. Dr. Peretti was great in explaining what to expect as well. Everything went as expected and I feel confident if any problem crops up, they will take great care of me.

The center has beyond exceptional staff! They answered all of our questions regarding costs & procedures, and returned phone calls in a timely manner. The staff continued to demonstrate this kindness and professionalism during the office visit. The facility is clean, and everyone greets you with a smile, adding to the already welcoming environment. My sincere thanks to Dr. Peretti, Laura, Wade, Katie and several others (whose names I cannot recall) who prepared me for surgery, explained all procedures and outcomes, performed the surgery, and aided in post-operative care. The care that I was given made me feel like I was their only patient, but I watched them treat everyone in the office with the same compassion. They made a typically negative experience a painless and positive one.

Dr. Fleischmann explained everything so well and answered all my questions. My son's assistant, Wade was amazing with my son. I couldn't have asked for better care. On the way home after my son's procedure he was talking to me about how nice Wade was. Thanks to Wade for being so good at his job and making the experience there for my son a positive one.

Very friendly staff. Extremely knowledgeable. My operation went smooth and fast. Before surgery consultation was very informative and helpful. This was my first operation and they made me feel comfortable. Wait time was a little high. I waited about 15 minutes before I was greeted for my initial visit.

Jason Fleischmann is by far the best oral surgeon in Great Falls, Montana. His office is beautiful and his staff is extremely friendly. Highly recommended!!

I had 2 impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Peretti and had an excellent experience. I was very anxious going into it but the assistants and doctor were all very nice and helped me to feel more relaxed. The extraction itself was quick and easy and I didn’t feel a thing. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. Highly recommend Dr. Peretti!
