From the time of getting the appoint set to the time of leaving after having a tooth pulled was excellent. I hardly realized we had even bagan and before I knew it we were done. Everybody was supportive and professional. I was made aware of everything before beginning. Their bedside manner was great. Im glad I chose this place. Five stars.

We’re very professional and fast about it. They have amazing hospitality as well as kind smiling faces. They even gave me blankets. I am a very anxious person and they definitely made me feel safe with them. Who knew getting your wisdom teeth out would be so quick! Thank you to the lovely dental assistant for being so kind.

The three stars is an average - 5 stars to Dr. Peretti and the other dental staff, 1-2 stars for anything office related. My actual appointment was as great as a tooth extraction can be. All of the staff were kind and helpful, and Dr. Peretti was great at explaining things to me in an easy to understand manner without making me feel talked down to. After, they made sure my husband understood all of my care instructions, despite my loopy insistence that I would remember it (I remembered none of it, which of course they knew would be the case!). Everything healed nicely with no complications. Initial scheduling went fine, but just about everything office related after that was messy and wasted a good bit of my time. On my first call, I asked for an estimate of out of pocket costs. They collected my insurance info and told me they would call me back that afternoon with the estimate. Long story short, I had to call them back repeatedly without ever getting the promised return calls, and never received my out of pocket estimate. When I arrived at the office for my appointment, the receptionist gave me my costs and I paid. Checked my insurance status this week, and my final costs are less than 1/3 what I paid day of. I called to ask them about getting a refund for the difference; left a message and waited over a day without a return call (I'm old school....you return business calls within 24 hours unless it's a weekend). Called again, and was told they would have their billing people call me but no commitment on when. To be fair, I don't know if having to call for the refund is normal as my regular dentist is SO good with the insurance/billing that I've never had to deal with it, but it feels like any business who sees that someone was overcharged should initiate the refund. Everyone in their office has always been very nice, but it feels like the people who answer the phone can't actually help with anything, and the folks who can help don't seem to return phone calls. I would likely go back to them again only because the dental staff is great, but I'd probably end up as "that" person being overly persistent with the office staff.

Was referred to this place so I could have a wisdom tooth extracted because it was starting to cause pain and now it's causing severe pain because of their lack of compassion however they couldn't even schedule me because they want to make sure that a pass Bill had been paid even though I have coverage on insurance now but they wanted some MORE $$ from that pass bill that they had already sent to collections now remember when they send the bill to collections they get money for it and tax write-offs no instead of just taking care of the patient here and now and taking care of the pain and worry about all that later because the coverage and the procedure now is covered also couldn't even get a call back I don't recommend!!!!!

I tell you what if you want to have a great experience at the dentist please go here. Dr. Fleischman was so patient and caring. He took time to explain everything. He made sure that I was comfortable and did his best for me not to have any pain. I had three teeth pulled and two were infected. From the start the appointment went smoothly. The ladies at the desk and the dental assistants were cheerful and made me feel relaxed. I am telling everyone I know looking for a great dentist's office to go there. I am forever grateful for how much they helped me. If you go see them I promise you won't be disappointed.
