Receptionist required a large payment up front with no explanation of charges or description of services for my first visit. Then, she asked me to sign off on a multi-page list of waivers that really required a pre-discussion with the surgeon. I was given a brief consult with wide side boards about possible complications. Then I got cost estimates from the same annoying receptionist, which I was required to sign, with payments due two weeks in advance to secure treatment. The overall experience was greedy and litigious. I will not be back and the experience totally ruined my day. I am a Helena native. I’ll shop elsewhere.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Fleischmann off and on for the past few years. Dr. Fleischmann and his staff have always been very Kind, respectful and very informative about all of the procedures that they will doing for me. I’m always greeted Warmly, and Courteously at the front desk. Everyone of Dr. Fleischmann’s assistants over the past few years have been very nice and have made me feel comfortable. I was referred to them to have 4 wisdom teeth removed. They were very polite on the phone, and contacted me within a day. Then hit me with the $3300 quote for them to be removed and repeated it’s due that day in full multiple times. After I picked my jaw up off the floor I called other places in Helena that can remove them. Talked to 3 other places and everyone one of them were blown away at that quoted price and finally found a dentist who could get me with a quote $1500 less. They may be decent doctors but if you’re looking to not take out a small loan for some dental work I suggest going else where.

I went to have my top teeth removed. I have been there 5 times and havent had any teeth pulled yet and they are beyond bothering me. Which i have explained to them multiple times. Dr paul sims then accidentally put the novicaine needle in my shoulder twice and neck once! Then creating an abssess in one of my teeth. I then left frantically scared out of my mind. I will never go here again. And i recomend everyone go somewhere else. He is very old, and he hasnt even tried to call me to see if i was okay.

They are very professional and amazing at their job. Talked to me about the teeth and stuff to make sure its good he has me comin in for checkup to make sure its all good, amazing people.

What an amazing experience. My husband has sever dental anxiety, and the office was warm and welcoming from our consult to the procedure. The staff kept me well informed throughout his procedure. They brought me back to see him afterwards and were checking on him. I ended up fainting in their hallway, and all of the staff was so kind and reassuring this happens to loved ones from time to time. 🫣😂 Again, my husbands experience was phenomenal and if you have dental anxiety or scared, he said it’s the best thing he has ever done for himself.
