The billing department failed to actually contact my insurance for a quote of what insurance would pay. I was then required to provide a deposit for nearly $1000 more than what would be the patient responsibility. After insurance paid I had request my refund because their standard practice is to only refund people who request it not to everyone they have forced to over pay.

MT Oral Surgery is the WORST. I do not recommend this place for anyone who is uneasy in a dental setting. Fleischmann is a weird guy and is overly protective of his metal chair in the corner. I was rescheduled twice, provided FOUR DIFFERENT QUOTE AMOUNTS before my procedure (the last one was $200 more 2 days before the procedure), my consult was an hour and a half LATER than scheduled. When I came in for my procedure they walked me to a room where the tools were out, someone else’s x-rays were up, and the nurse wrote “no allergies” on the white board. I am allergic to penicillin. Then they didn’t ask if I was pregnant until I was already hooked up to the machine. Then turned me away and refused to reschedule until I had a BLOOD test done. They told me the anesthesia would cause birth defects. I had a baby 3 months ago, am not on BC and my period is irregular, I am breastfeeding, which is all NORMAL after giving birth. I would not recommend MT Oral surgery to ANYONE and the Dr. gives me the creeps. *edit: I am NOT pregnant (at home test-imagine that) and we researched the anesthesia, it does not cause birth defects in pregnancy. I called Jaden Erwin at a different office and he had me in 4 hours later with a much better experience AND a fully extracted tooth (Fleischmann told me I had a 1 in 4 chance my entire lower right jaw would be numb forever- he was going to do a Coronectomy instead, which is leaving half the tooth in my mouth). Erwin told me that it is best to remove the entire tooth and my odds were NO WHERE NEAR 1in 4 and actually much much MUCH less. I am writing this the next day and have NO numbness. I sure hope MT Oral Surgery sees this because I GLADLY took my business elsewhere and paid Erwin 3x as much - with a smile on my face.

Staff was very nice and kind, had lidocaine over anesthesia, didn’t feel a thing Dr. Peretti was very kind and made sure I was okay. Feeling good an hour and a half later! Very pleased with my first procedure ever! 🙂

Dr. Peretti was very friendly as was the rest of the staff. They explained things to me in a way I could understand and made sure I did not have any questions before the procedure. They talked me through everything they did. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

This was my first time having a tooth extraction/dental surgery. I opted for IV sedation (which I was very nervous about) and it was a breeze! In and out in 45 min and zero pain after numbing wore off! Highly recommend Dr. Peretti and staff!
