I went in for a second opinion on my wisdom teeth. While the opinion only differed slightly from my original dentist (who is also a great dentist), I had a wonderful experience, was further educated, and left with an even better understanding of my options.

Hands down a great experience. Staff made a stressful experience (wisdom tooth removal) for my teen less scary and stressful. He was sure that not having this done and walking away was the answer before we went in that morning. The staff was able to answer questions and they explained in detail what to expect before, during, and after surgery which helped alleviate the stress and fear factor. Did it still hurt? Yep. But he and I were prepared by staff with how to deal with bleeding and pain. We were shown empathy and encouraged to call with any questions or concerns. Would we do it again....yeah because he needed it. Would we go somewhere else? No way.

Dr Perretti was so thorough in explaining the procedure and what happened with my tooth and why it needed extraction. I felt much at ease, as compared to the anticipated visit. Very pleased with the straightforward approach to the practice, yet feeling cared for also. The procedure itself, was quite comfortable, even through my anxiety. Highly recommend, and would return if the need exists.

Wonderful atmosphere the moment you walk in. Staff helpful and friendly. The dental assistant was exceptionally amazing in explaining everything that he was going to do and why. He was very patient and knowledgeable! Dentist came in and immediately put me at ease with his relaxing demeanor. i appreciate the way he asked me questions and suggestions in rewards to my care instead of deciding himself what was going to be completed with my care. DEFINITELY recommend everyone contact them for quality, caring and a amazing care!

Good service and I've had a good recovery from my wisdom tooth extraction, but I'm giving this two stars. I trusted a nurse with something personal as I felt she was a safe person to share it with, woke up out of sedation to hear her basically mocking me about it. I don't care what your opinion is on me or any patient or what you say about them where they can't hear, it is extremely unprofessional to be cruel to them in front of them when they're in a vulnerable position. Very disappointed.
