I recently had to have most of my teeth pulled due to degenerative bone disease, Dr Sims and his team are AMAZING! Thank y'all so much for being patient, understanding, and not getting up on me. Dr Sims and his team checked on me while I was in ICU I was in diabetic ketoacidosis and I had to cancel my appointment with them and he was kind enough to forgive me an excuse my absence but they won't accept further and made it a point to personally reach out to me to make sure that my family and I were okay.

Dr/ Dentist Fleischmann handles ALL OF my oral surgeries and I have very little recovery time and issues after surgeries. I HIGHLY recommend this place for your dental care needs. They always will look out for your well-being, even if it means calling your dentist and taking extra time to protect you from having extra surgeries. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THE COST UPFRONT. Montana Oral Surgery has a VAGUE BILLING/DISCLOSURE form. They will make you sign their "disclosure" form that gives a "total amount" . It reads like this is the total cost of procedure - however it is truly the amount they "ESTIMATE" as patient responsibility (= Total cost of procedure less estimated insurance coverage amount.). THEY NEVER GIVE a bill or an amount upfront so you can see it all itemized: a. Estimated Total Cost; b. Estimated Insurance Allowed; c. adjustments/discounts == d. Total patient responsibility. They just told me to bring a payment in the amount of $____. I asked for an itemization == other dentists can provide one == with the notation it is an estimate, but MT Oral said they could NOT provide one. They said it is estimated and they don't know -- which I don't buy. They have an idea of procedure cost and insurance payment. By subtracting those amount they tell you the estimated patient responsibility. Why can't they tell you how it is calculated?? THIS makes NO sense. I talked to both the Bozeman and Helena billing dept. They both said the same thing -- they can't give the itemized amount (full transparency) -- and they read to you that their disclosure says - it can vary depending on insurance. I fully realize the amount can change -- just want to know the amounts they they base patient responsibility on. They can always send a final bill or 2nd bill (and you can see how your bill/patient responsibility changed). BOTH the Helena and the Bozeman billing depts say "NO - we don't do that." and "No has ever asked or had a problem"?? Really?!? They have the information -- they just won't provide it to the patient. Based on my experience, MT Oral Surgery has VERY POOR DISCLOSURE and medical billing practices -- unlike other dental firms.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Dr.’s bedside manner was very good. Unfortunately when I went to fill her prescription they would not fill it because the Dr was not registered at the company I was using. No one told me until we went to pick up the script 5 hours later. Had to switch pharmacy’s and ended up paying full price for one of the meds. I was told his DEA number was expired. This would have easily been 5 stars but I was taking care of two people who had surgery this week and this was a serious pain to deal with. I suggest fixing this before writing any more scripts.
