The struggles with scheduling continue at this office. My appointment was changed 6 times! I had been assured I would be out in time for my next appointment in town but was not, which happened at my first appointment at this office. At that time the doctor said he thought the scheduling problems were worked out. Obviously they were not! Although my implant was successful, I thought the doctor and staff were very nonchalant and unprofessional. I am not one for silliness in a medical office, like telling Alexa to play Elvis louder and tell associates to leave the music on for the doctor (I guess). I feel patients could be asked if they want music, with an understanding that they are probably stressed and need reassurance and calm.

I had to use anesthesia to get a tooth pulled because of my dental anxiety. The entire staff were so kind and made me feel much less nervous. Procedure went well, and I felt great afterwards. Highly recommend.

The dentist/surgeon gave me great wisdom that was personalized and catered to a low-income mother like myself. They very obviously put people's well-being above making money and I'll always respect MT Oral Surgery for that.

I had a back mollar that was giving me pain and was referred to Dr Peretti and his team at MOS. My experience was as pleasant as something like a tooth removal can be. The staff was good about contacting my insurance and giving me pre-surgery information and quick scheduling. Once in the chair Dr Peretti and his team put me at ease on what to expect during the procedure and my choice of local numbing instead of anesthesia. I was done in less than 30 minutes and have confidence that when I need the twin problem tooth on the other side done; I will have it done with Dr Peretti and MOS!-)

I went in for my wisdom teeth removal and I’m glad this is where I went. I had local anesthesia and was somewhat nervous about the procedure. It turned out to be painless and easy, he was done in 5 minutes. He even worked through his own pizza party/lunch break on his birthday (and a Friday) to keep the schedule from falling behind. He couldn’t have been nicer or more professional about it.
